Duties and Responsibilities:
Contacting our clients customers to sell various products and services through cold calling and making field visits where necessary.
Answering questions from customers about various products and services been offered.
Creating professional rapport with the clients
Requirements and Competencies
Holder of a grade 12 certificate with credits in English, Mathematics
Posses a computer, IT/ICT, Customer Care and marketing Certificate,
Experience in customer service environment though training will be provided
Willingness to learn
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
