Cooperlemon Consultancy Ltd is a duly registered Zambian company that provides clients with specialized consultancy services in mining, business development and management.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who can and will ensure :
Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
Provides Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Office.
Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
Petty Cash Management and issue invoices.
Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.
Ensuring that all customer queries are attended to efficiently.
Work & Educational Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate
Minimum of Diploma or equivalent education in related field such as Public Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management (Bachelors Degree is a plus)
Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Administrative Writing Skills
Excellent Verbal communication
