Greensprout Preparatory School is seeking for reliable Childworker/Nanny Au-Pair (5) with lots of energy and patience. Among the qualifications needed is complete utmost admiration and love for Children. To be successful as a childcare worker, you need to have a love for children, understand the principles of child development, be physically fit and able to care for their basic needs, and be informed about what to do in an emergency situation.
Childcare Worker/Nanny/Au Pair Responsibilities:
To Ensure that Children are safe and that their everyday needs are met, the rightful candidate should have vast knowledge and experience in the following;
1.Diapering and Potty Training
2.Bathing and Dressing
3.Feeding
4.Bathing and insuring overall Hygiene
5.Helping with afternoon Naps,
6.Coordinating plays among little peers
7.Organizing and thorough cleaning/Disinfecting of Toys at different Intervals every single day.
8. Laundry
9.Monitor and report developmental safety concerns
10.Conflict resolution and Peace Keeping
Childcare Worker Requirements:
1.First aid training is strongly recommended and is added advantage
2.Knowledge of the stages of Childhood development
3.Not less than 2 years work Experience in a similar set up
4. Good Communication skills
5.A good command in English, both speaking and writing
6. Physical Energy to run around and after Children all day
7.Clean criminal record and background check
8.Good reference
9.Record of Next of Kin and Physical follow up of residential address.
10.Not more than 40 years Old
11.Not less than 25 years old
