An upcoming livestock business development cooperative society based in Lusaka seeks to employ a GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for the successful business operations of the Cattlemen Cooperative in line with its strategic plan and policy direction set by the Board of Directors. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the cooperative and in charge of resource mobilization; membership recruitment; projects implementation; and delivery of services aligned with the Cooperative vision and strategic objectives. The Manager will also maintain a superior level of financial management and reporting, and will act on the Board’s behalf in all matters related to the Cooperative’s operations.
