Name of Position: Digi- analyst for digital literacy program
Terms of Engagement: 3-6 months; potential employment offer based on performance.

Background:
The objective of the Program is to build capacity for 2000 selected Kitwe and Chingola based adolescent girls and young women, in digital literacy focused on basic computer literacy, Microsoft office package, web design and software development. This will be guided by a 3-tier approach: To Learn – To Apply – To Grow

Scope of work for Internship and Digi-analyst Position
Organize, facilitate digital literacy training by providing support to program participants through engagement and evaluate their aptitude pre- and post-training and act as a role model.
Work with program participants to ensure that they submit the required documentation to track their progress during their respective training.
Coordinate and facilitate daily training sessions for program participants.
Submit, daily, weekly, and monthly planning and evaluation reports on performance of program participants.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, mature, professional team player, strong communicator, and interpersonal skills.
Follows internal procedures to ensure high standards of performance and compliance with training guidelines.
Good knowledge of digital skills and ability to apply them in training setting.
Can work with minimal guidance and supervision.
Integrates a gender and diversity perspective in all activities: take responsibility for incorporating gender perspectives and ensuring the equal participation of women in technology sector.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in software development, computer science, technology, or digital productivity software.
Experience conducting training desired.
University degree or diploma in computer science, science, math, education, business management, social sciences, or related field; professional development certification in talent management, including learning and development, coaching, facilitation and related areas considered an asset.
Preference of training skills, including participatory training in group settings.
Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
