Breath of Heaven Children’s Ministries (BOHCM)  is a registered NGO dedicated to helping meet the needs of orphans in Zambia.  Located in Barlastone Park, Lusaka, the Ministry currently incorporates a Children’s Village, which provides residential care for 100 orphans and vulnerable children,  a primary/secondary school with an enrollment of 400 students, and a community church and a clinic.
We are looking for a finance officer who will work along side the finance and accounting team, a Finance Officer job description should include some of the below key duties and responsibilities. This is a role that interacts with several departments internally.
Job Description

Keep records for all daily transactions
Managing records and receipts
Assist in budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Administering Payroll

Candidate Qualifications:

Diploma in Accounting, CIMA II, ZICA II or any related fields preferred.
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Experience using QuickBooks
Three (3) Year of relevant working experience in an NGO
