Lodge Supervisor/Trainer (Senanga)

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lodge and its staff. To provide oversight and Quality Assurance in the various business units of the Lodge. Have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all lodge services, including front office, food and beverage operations, and housekeeping.
The Lodge Supervisor will also undertake training of Hospitality students at the Academy based at the Lodge.
While taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximise profits, the manager must also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests’ needs and expectations. Business and people management are equally important elements.
Graduate in Hospitality/ Hotel Management
Proficient in Lozi
At least 1 year experience in the industry
