Job Description
Key Responsibility
1. Oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions in a Hotel.
2. Proven experience as maintenance manager and other managerial role.
3. Experience in planning maintenance operations.
4. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
5.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
6. Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Knowledge and experience of supervision of Plants and Gardening added advance.
