Banyati Zambia Limited, an up and coming detergents and cleaning products manufacturer seeks to grow with the help of an ambitious resource and therefore seeks to recruit for the newly set up General Manager position.
The role requires streetwiseness, self-drive and an entrepreneurial mindset. Share options are immediately available and the business will be handed entirely to the GM to run independently with a genuine passion.
Candidates with technical background experience and with relevant prior experience will have an advantage. Business qualifications and prior experience are a must.
The job role involves:
Working with the available resources and prospects at hand to:
1. Put in place and organise staff and other resources and systems to run the business efficiently, effectively and professionally;
2. Organise production in an efficient manner ;
3. Business and product development;
4. Planning and relocating the operations to an independent location from its current location.
5. Supervising staff
6. Customer relationships
7. Meeting targets
