Lusaka, Zambia, Full Time

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Maintain the sales and purchases daybooks daily
Maintain Cash Book daily
Maintain the fuel account daily
Maintain a daily record of labour force on all sites
Prepare and administer the monthly payroll
Maintain a record of employee leave days
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
Prepare quarterly Income statements
Maintain and update a record of receivable and payable on a daily basis
Maintain and update all accounts in Sage Accounting System and file all corresponding primary documentation
Prepare and File Tax Returns
Prepare monthly supporting documentation for material balance sheet items

ACCA or degree in Financial Accounting
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
