China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (Zambia) Limited is looking for experienced Process Engineer. You are to be based in Mansa and Samfya Luapula province. Elected candidate will be expected to manage projects, and provide technical advice as subject matter expert.
Process Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
Testing, monitoring and maintaining equipment, including conducting regular tests to make sure equipment complies with national and internal standards
Instruct the employees to install the mechanical equipment and pipes
Modifying and overseeing processes to guarantee maximum output with minimum defects in the production line
Overseeing the operations of the plant
Overseeing the safety of employees
Ability to individually cut steel pipes to make elbow,  tee  and reduce diameter and process pipeline installation
Able to calculate the material amount according to the drawing
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Process engineers should have a bachelor’s degree in chemical, manufacturing or industrial engineering. Concentrations in chemistry, mathematics and management are helpful as well.
Minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience in the same position in water supply and sanitation project or similar position.
Good interpersonal and technical skills, personal organization as well as high level of integrity are required.
