Job responsibilities

Follow bulk purchase such as coal, box, diesel producing materials
Contact and search for suppliers independently
The candidate will be required to work both in the field and office too.

Skills

Good negotiation skills, a fast learner
Excellent computer skills i.e. Excel, Word, Sap
Hard worker with high levels of accuracy

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
Good Negotiation skills
Must be 24-30 years old
Must have at least 2 years of work experience
