Bravo Brands Limited has embarked on an expansion program and will soon be opening new outlets across the country and are therefore looking for Servers to provide quality customer service and an outstanding customer experience in Solwezi.
Job description
1) Welcoming Customers
2) Seat customers the correct way
3) Demonstrate superior menu knowledge
4) Listen to customers to note preferences
5) Correctly collecting orders seated customers
6) Deliver beverages and meals
7) Focus on table and customer needs
8) Attend to every table
9) Ensure cleanliness of all customer areas
Qualifications and Experience
1) Full Grade 12 Certificate
2) Must have good command of both spoken and written English language
3) Must be of sober character
4) Must have excellent communication and people skills
5) Good selling skills a plus for the role
5) At least 1 years’ previous experience in a similar fast paced environment is essential
6) Must be a resident of Solwezi
