Among other responsibilities, you are expected to;
Prepare stock orders from production
Monitor and manage stock levels
Ensure stock is picked with adherence to set standards
Receive stock returns and ensure that they are correctly recorded
Raise the necessary documents for stocks returns as per set standards
Perform daily spot checks and notify supervisor of any arising stock control issues
Plan warehouse outlay and workflow to ensure minimal stock loss and optimal use of space and time
Ensure warehouse hygiene as per company standards
If you have the following:
Grade 12 certificate
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Stock Management/Logistics /CIPS or equivalent
Must have planning and stock reconciliation skills
Team player, with strong supervisory attributes and able to meet deadlines
Must be hardworking and self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
